Goal
Customer defined a Journey with 2 Tasks.
The performer of the first Task is only self-assigning this Task. Task is never assigned automatically.
Business requirement: The performer of the second Task needs to Reopen and Reassign the first Task to the Performer, but is not able to see it on Journeys page.
