Trying to duplicate a PDB via OCI Console fails with

DCS-12300:Failed to create PDB <PDB_NAME> from <SOURCE_DB_NAME> [FATAL] [DBT-19401] Archive log mode is not enabled in the (<DB_NAME>) database.
