Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On changing the status field value using smart action, primary contact of SR is becoming null

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Primary contact should not be null

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Request object
2. Use Smart Action- Update Status
3. Primary Contact is getting Null.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the right primary contact on SR as it is becoming Null.
