Problem Description:

The "Condition Details" section is missing when creating an Event Condition. For example, when following the steps:

Enable a Sandbox and add 'HCM Design Experience Studio' as a tool
Go to HCM Design Experience Studio
click on "Event Conditions"
click on "+" to create an event condition
There is no 'Condition Details' section as shown in the 23D and 23A documentation
