Symptoms

When attempting to uninstall Smart View 11.1.2.5.800, get error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘Oracle Smart View 64-bit for Office.msi’ in the box below."
