Customer List of Values In Create Activity Does Not Have Customer Account Number as a Parameter To Select Customers (Doc ID 3001567.1)

Symptoms

When creating an activity for a customer in the Advanced Collections dashboard, the Customer field only has one column (Party Name).  If there are multiple customers with the same name, the user has no way to determine which customer to select.


Steps to Reproduce:

Navigation: Collections Dashboard

  1. Click on the Activity tile to create a new activity.
  2. Search on a customer name, there could be multiple options returned.
