ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect Bill lines generated for a subscription.
It seems that the issue appears when the subscription has the start date on the last day of the month.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Subscription with the start date on the last day of the month
2. Setup for Frequency quarterly.
3. Add product with the quarterly billing frequency
4. Verify the billing Schedule with the behaviour mentioned above
