Symptoms

Fusion includes required form fields that are marked visually using an asterisk. However, this information is provided only visually; screen reader and JAWS/NVDA users are not informed when the fields are required.

The purpose of the asterisk is not made explicitly clear to users; some users may be unfamiliar with what the symbol indicates, which could result in frustration when attempting to submit the form.
