Goal

Dates in the order are not getting recalculated when new items are added to the order

When new items are added to an order which has items already existing in the order, the OTB End of Week Date, Earliest and Latest ship dates are not getting recalculated. A new order with the all the items added initially has the correct calculation.

Results customer provided in test case provided: (file: Date_Issue_POC_PO.xlsx)

NOT_BEFORE and NOT_AFTER and Estimated ins tock date is updated.
But OTB, earliest and latest ship date is same as before.
