SIOCS Transfer Receiving Using “Quick Receiving” Does Not Update Delivery To “in Progress” (Doc ID 3002453.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SIOCS transfer receiving using “Quick Receiving” does not update delivery to “in progress”

When receiving a transfer container in SIOCS using “Quick Receiving” functionality, the transfer delivery does not get updated with status “In Progress”, it stays in status “New”.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transfer, (it can be from warehouse or using a transfer request between two stores)
2. Using SIOCS transfer request functionality:
2.1. Store A
2.1.1. Create a transfer request and add one or more items, (Store A requests Items to store B – request item quantity equal to 2)
2.1.2. “Request” the items, (the transfer request stay with status “Requested”)
2.2. Store B
2.2.1. Approve the request with the item and quantities requested
2.2.2. Ships the transfer
2.2.2.1. Generates two containers and in each add half of the quantity requested
2.2.2.2. Add the item(s) to the containers and confirm the containers, (two containers are required to reproduce the issue)
2.2.2.3. Dispatch the Shipment
2.3. Store A
2.3.1. Using the SOCS functionality “Quick Receiving” receive one of the containers
2.3.2. The container is received and marked in SIOCS with status “Received”
2.3.3. Looking into the screen of “Transfer receiving”, the Delivery remains in status new, it should be “In progress”

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, this removes the ability to list deliveries in progress.
