Goal

Access custom RestAPI from on-prem database

Following error may occur when trying to connect to a custom RestAPI hosted in RDS environment, from an on-prem oracle database through utl_http package, because IDCS token url can not be reached for getting token to call the RestAPI.

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
