The User Sessions Page Does Not Open for Specific Users after an Oracle Cloud-Hosted P6 EPPM Upgrade (Doc ID 3002790.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When specific users try to open the Manage User Sessions page in P6 Web after the customer's Oracle Cloud P6 environment was upgraded to release 23.10, the page never loads.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to open the User Sessions page.

 

The following error can also be found in the browser's Developer Console (F12 key > Console tab):

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web as an affected user.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Welcome, <user name> in the upper right of the page and select User Sessions.
  3. The Manage User Sessions page shows a spinning "loading" icon and never loads.
