Unable To Delete Records From GL Combination Interface (Doc ID 3002798.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security

When attempting to delete un-wanted records from GL Combination interface
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST
{VALUESET}=Account_XX
{SEGMENT}=Account
{VALUE}=XXXXX"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download create GL Combination spreadsheet
2. Mark Changed flag for all rows
3. Click DeleteMarkedRows , however no records deleted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete stuck records from GL Combination Interface.
