Symptoms

Some activities are missing from the PDF output when printing the schedule page by selecting to set the footer on only Last page.

For example:

Set footers to All pages, there are 2 pages displayed with all activities there and each page has the footer showing at the bottom.
Set footers to Last page, only 1 page displayed with footer showing at the bottom but some activities at the end are missing from the print output.
