Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Purchase Requisition was created by the user with 7 attachments, but the approver can see only 3 attachments in the Approval notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the attachments should be available in the notification.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PR created with 7 attachments set "To Approver" and submitted for approval
2. Bell and e-mail notifications have only 3 attachments.
