Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Running BICC extract to extract information from PVO FscmTopModelAM.PjcCapitalAM.ProjectAssetLineDetailPVO in BICC.
PROJASSETLINEDTLUNIQID column is primary key , however generated file file_fscmtopmodelam_pjccapitalam_projectassetlinedetailpvo-batch1857269674-20240123_050155.zip has duplicate value 8972243 for primary key column.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Customer expects unique data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule BICC job
2. Check the data in the output.
