Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an employee submits a Time Card using Oracle Digital Assistant or ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM, the Time Entry Validation Rules are not recognized. As such, employees are able to submit Time Cards which they are not qualified per the specific rule(s)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When an employee submits a Time Card using ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM, the Time Entry Validation Rules should trigger an error as the target employee doesn't qualify for the Absence Plan due to the existing rule(s)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure Time Entry Validation Rules which restricts employees from specific Absence Plan(s)
- Employee submits a Time Entry using ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM successfully
- As the employee doesn't qualify for the Absence Plan per the Time Entry Validation Rule(s), expect that an error should be returned
