Manage Project Accounting Periods - Open Period Action Is Greyed Out (Doc ID 3003456.1)

Goal

We are not able open the period as the options for opening are greyed out. We are trying to open project accounting period for previous month from UI ( Navigations : Projects > Costs > Manage Project Accounting Periods ) for a business unit. We have given Project Accountant role and necessary data access for the same but still we are not able to open the period for a specific business unit.
