'createTransferShipment' Soap Webservice Does Not Save External ContainerID (Doc ID 3003495.1)

Goal

When using the SOAP WS for createTransferShipment, the last call (SaveTransferShipmentContainer), there actually is a external_id field but that does not get saved.

TSF_SHIP_CARTON.EXTERNAL_ID = 0000000004000051323 and not AAAAAA
