When running the pre-patch process via the ExaCC UI the GI patch failed with below errors:

Error: [FATAL] [DBAAS-60029] One offs count (14) of Oracle home of local node does not match with one offs count (17) of Oracle home of remote node.

ACTION: Ensure that one offs count (17) of Oracle home on node matches with one offs count (14) of Oracle home of local node. DBAAS-60029
