Symptoms

New provisioning MFT fails with below errors in the log :

<INFO> <initial.py> <(host:xxxx) - Failed to connect to DB using url //xxx:port/xxx>

<WLSC-VM-ERROR-0096> : Failed to start managed server - [Error occurred while performing nmStart : Error Starting server SOACSPRD_server_2 : Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Server start command for WebLogic server 'SOACSPRD_server_2' failed due to: [Server failed to start up but Node Manager was not aware of the reason]. Please check Node Manager log and/or server 'SOACSPRD_server_2' log for detailed information.]. Please check Node Manager log for details.

Warning: External references from destroy provisioners are deprecated
