On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Budgets

Budget Preparer role not showing the options to upload budget

Customer assigned Budget Preparer role to a user but user cannot see the options to upload the budget. To solve the problem, they had to assign Budget Manager role.

Q: Why Budget Preparer role cannot upload the budget?
