ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On each and every reconfigure Line Item Grid (LIG) delete the old values and create new line items
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Line Item Grid (LIG) items should not get deleted on reconfigure
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Admin > Commerce and Documents > Commerce Settings > “Subscription Ordering for Simple Products” > "Yes".
2. Create a quote
3. Add line items through configuration
4. Reconfigure the model
5. Save
6. LIG items are recreated having different document numbers
