Error on performing Data Cube export [The reporting_root path does'nt exists] (Doc ID 3003690.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Data cube export, the below error occurs.

[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.services.task.TaskThread.runTask(TaskThread.java:586) - Throwable error occurred while running the task with id: XXXXXXXX
com.bm.xchange.db.BusinessLogicException: The reporting_root path does'nt exists
