Symptoms

When loading data into Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) database provisioned with 2 Elastic Compute Units (ECPU), only one Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) scenario can be executed at a given point in time. When multiple scenarios are run in parallel, following error is seen:

Issue is same with Low, Medium and High ADW database service names.
