FDIP: Work Relationships Cancelled in Fusion HCM Shows in FAW HCM Workforce Core Report (Doc ID 3003962.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2024

Applies to:

Data Intelligence - Version 23.R4.x and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

FAW "HCM - Workforce Core" data is not matching with the changes done in the work relationships in the source Fusion HCM, causing incorrect results for the metrics in FAW.
If a Cancel Work Relationship action is performed on any Person in Fusion HCM, the records continue to remain active in FAW.

For instance, If a Person X was initially created in Fusion HCM as 'Contingent worker' work relationship which is later cancelled and then re-created with a different work relationship like 'Employee', the person exists both as a Contingent Worker and Employee in FAW.

The expectation is for the contingent worker record to have been removed in FDIP.
