Goal
System is not considering the correct absence duration when 0.5 days of Public Holiday present for the same absence date.
Example:
Employee have a work schedule of 9 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Create a calendar event (Public Holiday) for any one day, from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Assign this calendar event to the same work schedule.
Now, when you check the employee calendar, we can see 4.5 hours of public holiday (from 8 AM to 12:30 PM) and remaining 4.5 hours of a scheduled work day (12:30 PM to 5 PM).
Try to record an absence for the same date. Absence Start Time and End Time will be displayed correctly (Start Time as 12:30 PM and End Time as 5 PM).
But the duration is considered as 1 Days (not 0.5 Days).
