Symptoms

Customer is working on a new implementation where they are trying to initiate Broadcast Tender for multiple Service Providers.
On executing the Broadcast Tender, system is generating only one TenderOffer outbound for all the selected Service Providers.

Expectation : Individual TenderOffer outbound will be generated for each of the service providers selected for the tendering.
