R2: PROD- WFORDUPLD_JOB Creates Franchise Order In Input Status (Doc ID 3004486.1)

Goal

The WFORDUPLD_JOB is not creating the DSD Franchise Orders in "Approved" status (they remain in the "Input" status) for items having supp_pack_size greater than 1.

Steps to Recreate the issue:
1. Create a wford file with requested_qty =1 for the item having supp_pack_size >1 in MFCS.
2. Place the file in SFTP server
3. Run the WFORDUPLD_JOB batch from POM in Adhoc cycle.
4. Validate the WF_ORDER_HEAD and WF_ORDER_DETAIL tables.
5. The Status of the Franchise Order is "Input".
