Symptoms

Notes Panel appearing on the Competitors after 23B [Attachment]
Can see the Notes panel on the right side of the competitor's edit page. Earlier it wasn't there.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Notes panel to be hidden or removed


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Sales > Competitors > Edit Competitor >
