Symptoms

After applying January 2024 Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Stack Patch Bundle (SPB) 36179941 (12.2.1.4.240112) / ODI Bundle Patch (BP) 36114577 (12.2.1.4.231215), when trying to access ODI Mappings->Physical Design->Target table, the knowledge modules IKM / CKM are not visible and cannot be modified.

The Properties tab for the knowledge modules IKM / CKM is not showing the drop down list and below error messages could be seen in the ODI Studio log:
