"dbName required" Error Occurs When Running Generate Allocations Job Specifying Allocation Rule Set (Doc ID 3004685.1)

Goal

When attempt to run Generate Allocations job specifying allocation rule set, "dbName required" error occurs for a particular allocation rule.

Error Message
ERROR in rule execution: executeBeginAllocations: Exception: dbName required

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to General Accounting > Journals > [Task] icon on the right side > Allocations > Generate General Ledger Allocations

2. Specify allocation rule set for parameter "Rule or Rule Set"

3. Press "Submit" button to run Generate Allocations job

4. The following error occurs in Allocate General Ledger Balances job which is a sub process of Generate Allocations job

 

 Note: If run Generate Allocations job specifying the allocation rule that caused the error(= just the rule, not the rule set), it will end successfully.
