Symptoms

OCI External Database Service, Database System was discovered and was being monitored in DBM.

Suddenly down alerts were reported for ASM, PDB, Listener & Host resources.

Verifying the metric data from the O&M  -->  Monitoring  -->  Metric Explorer page, we can see the metric data was missing for a while and again started emitting.
