Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

Transfer cost and transfer retail are same for IC transfer even though warehouse has Retail price for the same.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
-----------------------
Unit retail should be the retail price of sending location.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an IC transfer through RIB.
2. Open Transfer screen in MFCS, navaigate to transfer detail screen.
3. Notice that Total Cost is equal to Total Retail.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, Go live might be affected. The impact can be classified as Medium to High.
