Symptoms

When attempting to update any folder permission in Document Manager and reopen the permissions, the editing window it is not loading and the following error occurs.

An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code XXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment
  2. Go to the Company Document
  3. Select folder
  4. Click Gear Icon
  5. Click permissions
  6. Search for user
  7. Add user permissions
  8. Save permissions
  9. Close window
  10. Select the same folder again
  11. Open permissions window again
  12. It keeps loading forever
