ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Whenever an item is created in MFCS, after approval it doesn't show any price in the Item lookup of SIOCS, even though in MFCS' ITEM_LOC it is showing a price, and the item is correctly in RPM_ITEM_LOC table.
On the SIOCS side, there are no entries for those items in ITEM_PRICE.
One way to workaround this issue is to create an emergency price change after the Item is approved.
This occurs both when approving an Item, then ranging it to locations, and when ranging the item then approving it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Items should be created with a price.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create an Item in MFCS.
2- Range the Item to stores.
3- Approve the Item.
4- Check the item in SIOCS: it appears in the lookup but without price.
