CFA List Dropdown does not show all Items (Doc ID 3005316.1)

The customer has created a template in MFCS to update the CFAs related to items,

they have some CFAs that are List Item and they have created some codes and description and associate them with those CFAs.

In their template some of the CFAs correctly show the dropdown of the corresponding lists, but some doesn't show the respective dropdown.
