Goal

In SIOCS, We observe that Transfer Close batch is not considering all transfers which crossed Not After Date and having Open Shipments or In progress Shipments. Why SIOCS is not considering them to close automatically and release reserved stock for ST To WH or ST 2 ST transfer shipments ?
