Apex Throws Error When Trying To Access SQL Developer Web (Doc ID 3005515.1)

Goal

Oracle developer team Germany indicated a way to use APEX to provide webservice-endpoints. For putting these webservices behind an authentication, access to SQL-web developer seems to be needed.

When logging in and selecting "SQL Workshop" --> "SQL Developer Web" customer is seeing an error message.


Customer tried with different users: Developer, Workspace Admin, APEX admin user and have tried finding information about in the "Knowledge Base" and the online help but could not find any.
