Monotype Fonts are replaced by "?" In Report Output After Fusion 24A Upgrade

Symptoms
After 24A upgrade, BIP Report output that contains special characters like '$','_','-' are getting replaced by '?'. This also happens for Fonts having special characters like Japanese, where most of the font is replaced by '?'.
STEPS
- Login to Fusion cloud service
- Navigate to Tools > Report & Analytics
- Click Browse Catalog
- Navigate to the Analytics Publisher report that uses special font or special characters
- Run the Report
- In the output '?' has replaced all special characters and fonts
Changes
In 24A, Open-source fonts used by BIP earlier are being replaced by the Monotype fonts.
