"Accounting Date" Header-filter is Not Working for General Accounting> Period Close> "Inquire On Journal Lines" Screen (Doc ID 3005647.1)

Symptoms

Users want to filter out journals based on the "Accounting Date" at the "Inquire On Journal Lines" screen. However, the "Accounting Date" header-filter  for "Inquire On Journal Lines" screen is not working.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Nav: Menu> General Accounting> Period Close> Tasks
Balance Inquiry> Inquire on the Journal Lines

Accounting Date header-filter is not working-
