Symptoms

Attempting to download the Import Template with Data for the Risk Register and receive an error:

ERROR:

Template data for Risks failed to download for Project: <Project>
An unknown error has occurred. Try again. If problems persist, contact Oracle Customer Support. (PRM-000000041).

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Import Template with Data for the Risk Register.
2. Error occurs and unable to download template.
