P6 Professional Error Message "Project Is Deleted By Another User" (Doc ID 3005910.1)

Symptoms

When internet connection is interrupted and the user tries to interact with a project (right click), an error message appears and the project is removed from the User Interface (UI).

ERRORS

TCCustomVirtualRow.ExistInDB: table=(WBS), Exception=(Error executing query. Error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'p6.oraclecloud.com'.), sql=(SELECT wbs_id from projwbs WHERE wbs_id=XXXXXX)

PROJECTAPP - <ProjectName> was deleted by another user.

ADDITIONAL

Closing and re-launching the application makes the project re-appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE AT WILL:

1) Turn off wifi.
2) Right click on any project.
3) P6 freezes then error message appears:

TCCustomVirtualRow.ExistInDB: table=(WBS), Exception=(Error executing query. Error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'p6.oraclecloud.com'.), sql=(SELECT wbs_id from projwbs WHERE wbs_id=918105)

PROJECTAPP - <ProjectName> was deleted by another user.

4) Screenshot shows the Project is now gone from the UI
5) Turn back on wifi, refresh(F5), and project is still not visible.
6) Exit application and relaunch, project is back.
