Worker HDL Error During Entity Object Validation, A Null Or Invalid Value Was Encountered In The TaxUnitId Attribute On The DIRReportCardDEO Entity Object (Doc ID 3006020.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to terminate an employee using the Worker HDL file, the following error occurs.

ERROR

During entity object validation, a null or invalid value was encountered in the TaxUnitId attribute on the DIRReportCardDEO entity object.
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-PAY:::PAY_DEDPR_RCRD_TRU_INV: PAY-1635831During entity object validation, a null or invalid value was encountered in the TaxUnitId attribute on the DIRReportCardDEO entity object.You must enter a valid ORGANIZATION_ID for the TaxUnitId attribute on the DIRReportCardDEO entity object. Valid values must exist in the TaxReportingUnitPVO view object.

Follow the steps via Doc ID 2040248.1 but the issue still persists, and able to terminate the employee within the Fusion HCM Responsive UI or RUI successfully

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to terminate an employee via the Worker HDL file
  2. Encounter the error message above
  3. Follow the steps via Doc ID 2040248.1 but issue still persists
  4. Able to terminate employees via the Fusion HCM Responsive or RUI successfully
