Legislative Information's are fetched randomly when Multiple Legislative Records exists for the same employee.

Example:

Create a multiple Legislative records for a person and update the Gender/other details for one legislative record only.

Then, use the same details in the Eligibility profile as eligibility criteria.

Here, the system will get the legislative record details randomly and may not eligible as per the eligibility profile.
