Problem:

When Recruiting users have inadvertently created two requisitions with offers having the same position numbers, the candidate accepts the offers and one offer is processed with one Work Relationship having been created. The extra leftover offer that was accepted for the same position cannot be rejected or withdrawn due to the following error:

Steps:

1. Create a job offer with position number "abcdefg".
2. Consequently, create a second offer with the same position number on a different requisition.
3. Fully process one of the offers.
4. Try to reject or withdraw the second offer.
5. Error occurs, which is expected: You can't do this current action on candidate "xxxxxxxxxx" because a work relationship exists for them.
