Manual Items With Lower Or Camel Case Erroring (Doc ID 3006351.1)

Goal

During conversion, had an issue while converting Items with Manual type. It was not allowing to have items in lower case or camel case.

They are able to create the Items with Manual type with both lower and upper case using the Item Create API.

Why is it that the items are getting errored out during conversion. This is happening across all the environments.
