Symptoms
When creating a Learning Item (Specializations, Courses, or Offerings), Rich Text Boxes for the Description following the below navigations doesn't show options for Fonts, Images , HTML, etc.
- My Client Groups >> Learning >> Catalog >> Offerings >> Edit the Default Section
- My Client Groups >> Learning >> Catalog >> Courses >> Offerings >> Activities >> Edit the Default Section
