SOACS and MFTCS will be retired on 31st March 2025. These offerings are currently in controlled availability.

- PSM console change: Any new Oracle Cloud Account will be able to navigate to the SOACS Console UI, but the "Create Instance" button is greyed with a hover over text that says "This service is under controlled availability, please contact Oracle Support" or, if using the REST API will return that same error message in a 400 response.
- Considering the availability and adoption of SOA Suite on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle intends to retire SOACS and MFTCS on 31st March 2025. Oracle sent out notifications to all SOACS and MFTCS customers regarding this.
- As a result of the above, SOACS Disaster Recovery guide is also under “controlled availability”. Customer should raise an SR and provide a reason if they need access to this guide. The document will be made available based on Product Manager approval.
What do I need to do?
For existing customers of SOACS and MFTCS, Oracle recommends that they migrate to SOA on OCI Marketplace.

SOACS can be migrated to SOA on OCI Marketplace by taking advantage of the new migration tool, which is available on OCI Marketplace for free.
