When attempting to upload the Blue Wave file (Oracle Recruiting Career Site Configuration)
the following error occurs.

The format of import file you chose to upload is not relevant to an offering or functional area selection. Check and select a different import file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
To import a pre-designed career site into your career site list, follow the below steps.

1. Download the Design File for your current release on the previous page
2. Go to the Setup and Maintenance area of the Recruiting application
3. Go to Recruiting and Candidate Experience
4. Select the action menu displayed for Career Site Configuration. (If you don't see the actions arrow, please see your site administrator for proper permissions).
5. Select Import from CSV file from the list.
6. Select Create New
7. Use the browse button to upload the design zip file downloaded in step 1.
8. Once uploaded, select submit in the upper right
Once the file has been processed you will see the imported site at the bottom of your career site list.
